(Scroll down for english)

Coloque as tâmaras e volte a picar.

Apples are some of our favourite fruits... And when we think of Autumn days, they always come into our mind.
So as the days become shorter, we bring a new recipe for the little ones and the grown ups alike: Sara created the blog and book Nem Acredito que é Saudável and shares with us a delicious snack. She has always been fond of cooking and, as she studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, the urge for a well balanced diet became even more important in her life.
The questions posed by her patients concerning healthy and natural nutrition, the need to change nutritional habits and the lack of time in everyday life gave a kickstart into this project.
You may follow her in facebook, instagram and pinterest and feel really inspired!!
